We had a windscreen chip just under 3cm and quickly realised how difficult it was to get urgent help. We called around 10 different companies and every single one told us we would need to wait at least a week. By then, what was still a small repairable crack could easily have turned into a full windscreen replacement. Thankfully, we eventually found My Car Glass, and we honestly could not be happier. They came out the very next day and completely saved our windscreen with what can only be described as a masterful repair. The result is almost invisible and far beyond what we expected. What really stood out was their honesty, professionalism, speed, and skill. You can immediately tell they genuinely care about helping customers save their windscreen whenever possible instead of simply replacing it unnecessarily. Honest review, tried auto glass, couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks, found My Car Glass and they completed the work within 24hrs. Gary & Lawrence were the business. No fuss, got it all done — well quick. Someone should give them a kings ransom for a bonus. Would highly recommend My Car Glass. Worth every penny.

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I couldn't be more impressed with this car glass company. I needed my windscreen replaced urgently, and they not only came out to my home the same day, but completed and replaced within the hour. Their service was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Alan was amazing!!! They were also over £500 cheaper than Autoglass, which is incredible given the quality and speed of their work. On top of that, they're local (based in Greenford) and provided a 7-year warranty on the replacement — such great peace of mind! Wow what an amazing company and service - had my rear screen replaced on my Porsche Macan - the guys were friendly and very knowledgable and professional - can't fault the attention to detail and care taken - will definitely recommend and if I need assistance in the future these will be my go to. Don't get ripped off by the big national companies who show very little care - these guys are the best fitters around all with vast experience and knowledge - thank you.

I cannot thank these guys enough! What an amazing team. The window was sourced by 9.30 AM — OEM BMW glass with all the right certs. It was on the car by 4PM. The service was absolutely first class. I had my car broken into at 5am this morning. Called insurance who directed me to Autoglass… Autoglass said up to 3 weeks for supply and fit!! Had a friend recommend My Car Glass — it was all sorted the same day. No hassle. The technician hoovered up all the glass, replaced the window and left the car absolutely spotless. The price was very competitive and almost £100 cheaper than the next best quote which still wouldn't be fitted until next day. 10000% recommended. Came to the rescue and did an amazing job. I've replaced the windscreen of my Mazda CX-30. The company is very professional — from the first call to the replacement they're efficient and reliable. Peter and Lawrence came home with their vans, removed the cracked windscreen and replaced it with the new one in about 1 hour. They're very friendly and very well organised — they'll set up a mobile car service at your address, and clean everything up like nothing has happened. Thank you guys! I strongly recommend them to anyone, especially because they're genuinely honest.

Absolutely outstanding service from Andy and Rob! They resealed the leaking windscreen on my Range Rover and did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take real pride in their work. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and carried out the repair to a very high standard. Great service! Rear van window replacement. Called around for a quote. My Car Glass came back half the price of the top quote! Good communication about cost and times. Fitter arrived 20 mins early and job complete in less than an hour. All broken glass cleared and taken away. Polite, professional and affordable!

Replaced Honda Jazz windscreen. No hassle process to agree date and time and job done at home within 1 day of request. Job took 45 min. Picked this after 3 quotes and very cost effective. Alan did a great job.

Fantastic work. I can't recommend My Car Glass highly enough. They were at least half the price of Auto Glass and came to my house the following working day. Auto Glass wanted 10 days plus.
