Every windscreen replacement we fit is covered for 7 years from the date of fit against any fitting defect we caused. If something's wrong, we put it right at no charge.

Every windscreen we replace carries a 7-year guarantee — covered against any fitting defect, leak, wind noise or seal failure traceable to our work, for 7 years from the date we fit the glass. No reduced cover after 12 months, no annual revalidation. Included in the price.

What's covered
Seal failure (leaks at the urethane bond), wind noise from poor sealing, glass detachment, trim that's come loose around the windscreen, fitting marks or defects. Anything traceable to the way we fitted the glass.
What's not covered
New impact damage (stone chips and cracks from later road use), accident damage, glass damaged by improper use (defrosting with hot water, slamming doors with the heater on full). These aren't guarantee items — they're fresh jobs.

How do I claim under the guarantee?
Call us on 020 8909 2300 with your invoice or booking reference. We arrange a return visit and put the issue right at no charge.
Does the guarantee transfer to a new owner if I sell the car?
No — the guarantee is tied to you as the original purchaser. If you sell, the new owner gets the car as-fitted; they don't get our cover.
Is the guarantee written down somewhere?
Yes — it's on your invoice and on the fit confirmation document we leave with you. Keep them in the glovebox or with your service records.
What if the guarantee work means a full re-fit?
We replace the glass at no charge — including ADAS calibration if needed. The cost of any fitting defect is entirely ours to bear.
Does the guarantee cover repairs as well as replacements?
Chip repairs carry a separate guarantee: if a repair we've done cracks within 7 years from the date of repair, we credit the repair cost in full against a replacement.
