Heated front screens — the Land Rover feature you don't want to lose

Heated front windscreens are STANDARD on most modern Land Rovers — Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Velar (S spec and above), Range Rover Evoque (R-Dynamic and above), Discovery, Discovery Sport, and the new Defender. It's a fine resistive layer baked into the glass that clears ice and condensation in seconds. The replacement glass MUST be the heated-spec variant — fitting a non-heated screen to a heated-screen Land Rover removes the feature and is a common cheap-fitter shortcut. We source the OEM-grade heated-variant every time.

ADAS — modern Land Rovers and the camera array

Newer Land Rovers from the 2020-era Defender, RR L460 and Discovery L462 onwards run a sophisticated front-facing camera and radar setup for Adaptive Cruise, Lane Keep, AEB, Wade Sensing (off-road) and ClearSight Ground View. The forward-facing camera at the top of the windscreen needs recalibrating after a glass replacement — we handle that in-vehicle at the same appointment with ADAS-certified equipment.

Common Land Rover and Range Rover models we service

Every modern Land Rover and Range Rover: Defender (L663, plus older Td5 / Puma Defenders), Discovery (L462), Discovery Sport (L550), Range Rover (L460 / L405), Range Rover Sport (L461 / L494), Range Rover Velar (L560), Range Rover Evoque (L538 / L551). Plus older Discovery 3 / 4 and Freelander 2 — common UK fleet and family cars, easy glass spec to source.

Leak resealing — when the glass is fine but the seal is not

Land Rovers (Range Rovers in particular) sometimes leak from the bonded windscreen edge after a few years on the road — perished urethane, a corner where the bond never fully cured, or settling that opens a hairline gap. Resealing the bonded edge is a specialist job that's often a better answer than a full glass-out replacement when the glass itself is undamaged. See Suzy's Range Rover review below — that's exactly the kind of job.

Independent specialist, not a JLR dealer

We're not a Land Rover / Jaguar Land Rover authorised dealer. Independent windscreen-replacement specialist working on the full Land Rover range. OEM-grade glass — including the heated front-screen variant where your model takes it — ADAS-certified calibration where needed, 7-year guarantee on every fit. Insurance-handled where covered.
